How do I get help?
Telegram. That is the support channel, and it's a real one — the same place to raise a stuck payment, a track that never arrived, or anything on this page that doesn't match what you're seeing.
Nobody from Bangerboard will DM you first, ask for your seed phrase, or ask you to approve a transaction to "fix" something. Anyone doing that is stealing from you, whatever their display name says.
Is there a Bangerboard token?
No. If anyone claims otherwise it's a scam.
There is no platform token, no presale, no airdrop and no allocation. Every token here is a track token launched by a creator. Anyone offering you early access to "the Bangerboard token" is trying to take your money, and no amount of convincing branding changes that.
My generation failed. Where's my SOL?
You get a free retry rather than a refund — the credit sits on the failed track and you'll see the option on it. See Payments & retries.
If you paid and never got a track at all, reopen the create page: confirmed payments that never started a generation are picked up automatically. Your wallet history has the transaction signature, which is the proof of what happened.
If it still hasn't resolved, bring that signature to Telegram.
Can I delete a launched track?
No. A launched track is on Solana — the token, its supply and its trading history are permanent and not ours to remove. We can take a track off the board and stop hosting its audio, but the token keeps existing and stays tradeable by anyone.
Generating a track and launching it are separate decisions for exactly this reason. Before you launch, nothing is public and nothing is permanent.
Who owns the music?
You do. The deal, in plain words:
Your track is yours. The lyrics and words you write or edit are your composition, full stop. The recording itself is assigned to you to the fullest extent the law and our generation provider's terms allow — and where the law is still making its mind up about AI-generated audio (it is), you hold an exclusive licence from us instead, which gets you the same thing in practice: it's yours to post, distribute, sell, release on streaming platforms, or sit on. We don't take a cut of anything you do with it off-platform.
We keep exactly one thing, and only once you launch. Launching a track mints a token people can hold and trade — so from the moment you launch, Bangerboard keeps a permanent licence to host, stream and display that track here. You still own it; you just can't pull the audio out from under a live token. Tracks you generate but never launch carry no licence at all — those are entirely yours, no strings.
Buying the token buys the collectible, not the song. Holding a track token transfers no rights to the music whatsoever. None. If anyone tells you otherwise, they're wrong or selling something.
Why isn't my track trending?
Trending is built from activity in the last hour — volume, distinct traders, and qualified listens — and it decays fast on purpose. A track with no recent trades scores zero however well it did yesterday.
If nothing on the board seems to be moving, that's usually what you're seeing: a quiet hour, not a broken sort.
What happens if a track never bonds?
Nothing bad, and nothing at all. It lives on the curve indefinitely. People can keep buying and selling it forever at whatever the curve prices it, and if it clears the thresholds in a year it bonds in a year. There's no deadline and no expiry.
Most tracks never bond. That's the normal outcome.
Do creators earn a share of trading?
Not today. The 1% trade fee goes entirely to the platform treasury, and at bonding the LP is burned so pool fees aren't collectable by anyone. The only way a creator makes anything is by holding their own token and selling it later, with the same risk as any other holder. See Fees.
Can I get my track's audio file?
Yes. Creators can download their own tracks, and holders can download tracks they hold, from the holdings table on your profile.
Why did my trade fail?
Usually slippage: the price moved further than your limit allowed while the trade was filling, so it cancelled instead of filling at a worse price than you authorised. Raise the limit or trade a smaller amount. See Trading.
