Risks, in plain words

Read this one properly. It is the page we would want read if you were about to lose money.

Most tracks go to zero

The large majority of tracks launched on platforms like this end up worth nothing. That is the normal outcome, not the failure case. Do not spend money here you need for anything else.

These tokens are not investments

A track token is a speculative collectible. Buying one does not give you:

• ownership of the music, or any right to use it
• a share of the platform, or of anything else
• a claim on revenue, earnings, royalties or assets
• any entitlement to a payout, ever

Nobody is obliged to buy your tokens back. There is no floor price and no backstop.

We cannot undo anything on-chain

Every trade, launch and graduation is a Solana transaction. Once one is confirmed:

• it cannot be reversed, by us or by anyone
• tokens sent to a wrong address are gone
• a launch cannot be deleted — a track is permanent once it exists on-chain

If you sign something, assume it is final.

The price can move against you

The curve means the price moves with every trade, including yours. A large buy pushes the price up as it fills; a large sell pushes it down. On thin tracks, one trade can move the price a long way. See Trading for what slippage does about this.

The music is AI-generated

Tracks are produced by a third-party AI model. Generated audio may resemble existing music, and we make no warranty that a track is original or free of third-party claims. If you believe a track infringes your rights, see Content rules.

Smart-contract risk

The bonding curve is a program running on Solana. It holds the SOL raised by every track until bonding. Software has bugs, and a bug in that program could result in loss of funds.
